Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and service purpose

These Terms of Service govern access to Dawraty, a mobile application for menstrual cycle and reproductive health tracking. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Health disclaimer

Dawraty is a tracking and educational service. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Cycle, fertility, ovulation, and pregnancy-related dates are estimates based on available information and may be inaccurate. Do not use Dawraty predictions as your sole method of contraception or to make urgent medical decisions. Contact a qualified professional regarding symptoms, treatment, pregnancy concerns, or emergencies.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and use the Service only where legally permitted. The Service is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age required by local law, without appropriate authorization.

Google Sign-In may be used as an authentication method. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms.

4. Permitted use

You may use Dawraty for personal health organization and the features made available to your account. You must not attempt to access another person's data, bypass security or subscription controls, disrupt the Service, upload unlawful content, reverse engineer protected components where prohibited, or use automated methods that overload the Service.

5. Sharing and connected services

You are responsible for choosing recipients and permissions when sharing reports, health links, or partner access. Recipients may retain information they have already viewed or downloaded. Health Connect, Firebase, Google Play, and other connected services operate under their own terms and availability.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features may be offered through Google Play. Prices, billing periods, trial terms, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are displayed during purchase and are governed by Google Play policies and applicable law. Deleting the application does not automatically cancel a subscription.

7. Content and intellectual property

Dawraty software, branding, interface, and original educational content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of information you enter. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, synchronize, and present that information solely to operate the Service.

8. Availability and changes

We work to maintain a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every estimate will be error-free. Features may change to improve safety, comply with law, or support technical requirements. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated effective date and may be announced in the application.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Dawraty and request account deletion through the Privacy Center. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or preserve service security. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dawraty is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not responsible for medical decisions made from estimates, third-party service failures, or indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
