1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Dawraty ("Dawraty", "we", "our", or "the Service") handles information when you use the Dawraty mobile application and related services at period.books-lab.com. Dawraty is a menstrual cycle and reproductive health tracking application.

Dawraty is not a medical provider. The Service supports personal tracking and general education and does not provide diagnosis or emergency care.

2. Information you choose to provide

• Account information: name, email address, phone number when provided, language, and authentication identifiers.
• Cycle and health records: period dates, bleeding, symptoms, pain, mood, energy, sleep, medications, notes, fertility information, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, care visits, and reports you create.
• Connected health data: only the Health Connect categories you explicitly permit Dawraty to read or write.
• Shared-care information: summaries you intentionally make available to a clinician or partner through time-limited or permission-controlled sharing.
• Support communications: information included when you contact support or submit feedback.

3. Information collected through use

• Device and application information, such as app version, operating system, locale, notification token, and request identifiers.
• Security and performance records needed to prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain the Service.
• Subscription status and purchase verification information from Google Play. Dawraty does not receive your full payment-card number.
• Content interactions and product analytics only when the applicable consent setting is enabled.

4. Google and Firebase services

If you choose Sign in with Google, Google and Firebase Authentication provide Dawraty with an identity token and basic profile details such as your verified email, name, profile image, and Firebase user identifier. The server verifies the token before creating or accessing a Dawraty account. We do not receive your Google password.

Firebase Cloud Messaging may process a device token to deliver reminders and service notifications. Google Play processes subscriptions and purchase transactions under Google's own terms and privacy policy.

5. How information is used

• Provide account access, synchronization, cycle records, estimates, reminders, reports, and requested health tools.
• Personalize educational content and insights according to your settings and recorded life stage.
• Verify subscriptions and provide paid features.
• Protect accounts, investigate errors, prevent fraud, and maintain service reliability.
• Meet legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Service.

We do not sell personal health data or use it for targeted advertising.

6. When information is shared

Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, notification, payment, and security providers only as needed to operate the Service. Information may also be shared when you deliberately create a health-share link, invite a partner, request a report, or authorize Health Connect access.

We may disclose limited information when legally required or when necessary to protect users, the public, or the integrity of the Service. Dawraty does not make your cycle or health records public by default.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain account and health information while your account is active and as needed to provide requested features. You can request an export or delete your account from the in-app Privacy Center. Deletion removes or de-identifies account information from active systems, subject to limited security, legal, transaction, and backup retention requirements.

Revoking a shared link or partner permission stops future access through that sharing method. Removing Health Connect permission stops future access to those categories.

8. Security and your choices

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, including authenticated API access, restricted administrative access, secure transport, and access logging. No electronic service can guarantee absolute security.

You can manage notifications, optional analytics, connected services, sharing, export, and deletion through application settings. Keep your device and account credentials protected and report suspected unauthorized access.

9. Children and international use

Dawraty is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law, without appropriate parent or guardian authorization. Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or security changes. The effective date will be updated, and material changes may also be announced in the application.
